Podcast #40


I am a scholar member and have been listening to the podcasts. I have a question about episode #40 – Lessons from Tony Robbins. Brooke gives an example of associating Aldo can dog food when you start to eat something that doesn’t fit into your diet. She talks about associating something positive with something you should eat, but doesn’t give a specific example like the Aldo can dog food. Can someone give me some ideas of positive examples for this exercise? Need some help with specific creative thinking. My positive thoughts right now are too generic and aren’t working but the Aldo can dog food example is great to stop bad eating behaviors. Please give a positive association when eating something healthy. I just thought about sun rays when eating a healthy option, but the thought wasn’t as strong as thinking about Aldo can dog food
