Trying to grasp the concept of a “positive thought download” when choosing to believe a new thought. I think it’s when you imagine what you’re thinking after you’ve already achieved the thing you want? For example, I want to be a bestselling author, I start downloading thoughts about how I wrote my book, I so glad I kept going, people love my latest series, etc.
Am I doing this right? I’m imagining the thoughts I think I might be thinking after I’ve become this version of me? Then seeing what my brain comes up with in protest and solving for it?
