Processing Emotions

I was investigating why I am procrastinating working out and wanted to just explore my emotions around fitness, which I love but have been avoiding for a few years now.  I did a short meditation, then started to search for my emotions in my body. I found a ball of fire inside my mid torso. The ball is “flaming” and there are bits of tiny fire balls flying all over my body, and there’s “lava” in my blood stream.

I sat with it for almost half an hour just observing it and not trying to change it. Every time I ask it, why it’s here, it just growls.  My question is – what do I do? I mean the fire is there and I am allowing it – how do I process it?  Do I just explore how it feels AFTER a workout session?
Do I ignore it during the day?  Thanks.
