My goal this year is to get promoted. If I were to use the Model to help what would this look like and can action be more than one item? Should I put down the tasks I may need to do get promoted in the A line?

I get the model but what if things outside my control won’t allow me to get the result. For example, my boss doesn’t think I am ready or there is no money in the budget to promote me.
