Protocol — falling off the wagon

I’m having a hard time sticking to my protocol. I even tried bribing myself — a reward if I could stick to it for 60 days. I made it 5. And once I fall off the wagon, I go to town, eating all of the foods that I know I can’t eat once I go back to the protocol. Essentially, I’m treating this like a diet, which I know it’s not supposed to be. Ideas?
