I was wondering, is an urge always an overwhelming feeling or can it sometimes just be a thought? I have thoughts all the time of “I want that…”, “I should have that…”. And I tell myself that I don’t need it and the feeling/thought is gone. In terms of the 100 urges worksheet, would I consider those urges? And also, is this resisting if I’m not pushing hard against the thought even though I’m telling myself I don’t need it? Thanks for your help!
