I just watched the urge jar video today and Brooke says to write down what you are going to eat 24 hours in advance (only). I have been working the over drinking program for about a month & 1/2 now. During this time I have been writing my drinking protocol 1-2 days in advance, sometimes more when I know a drinking function is coming up. Is this incorrect? Should it be only 24 hours not more? BTW I am struggling & now I think this could be a small part of my problem, I tend to cheat a lot.
Also I REALLY REALLY want to try both of these programs together….what do you advise?
PS. The jar/beads & small journal would be an awesome addition for us over drinkers. 😁
