I’m doing yoga every morning and I like it, but it’s hard to begin.
I listen to the radio at the same time sometimes, to make it more enjoyable. Is it buffering?
How do I recognize when I’m doing a behavior to prevent myself to feel an unpleasant emotion? The bad consequence to listen to the radio is, I’m not 100% focused on my yoga.
On the other hand, I’m learning new things from this radio show I love.
