My husband challenges me a lot about what I’ve been learning with SCS. I tell him when he’s yelling out of frustration, that he’s resisting the emotion. That he can try to feel the emotion and let it flow through. He countered with what about when you want to squeel with the feeling of joy, is that resisting joy? I didn’t have a good answer for him. I see his point, yelling out of frustration demonstrating how he feels with squealing with joy also a demonstration of that feeling. Could I get more help on resisting an emotion vs. feeling an emotion? Thanks
