Responding to coworkers email

I’d like a review of my models. I think I am on the right track, but it feels like maybe the actions of the two models are too similar in a way, just with a different spin on things…which maybe is the point. Thanks!

T: They are mad at me and I don’t want to be seen as the bad guy
F: Anxious
A: Second guess myself, act overly friendly, try to cover myself so I can’t be called out, prove that I’m not the problem, spend energy defending myself, maybe don’t have my own back(?), don’t authentically express how I feel, try to control their thoughts by acting a certain way
R: Lots of energy wasted
