Are there any other questions I can ask myself to get the result in the result line? I only know to ask, ‘what is the result of this specific action on me’, sometimes it isn’t always clear, or I am left wondering how you came up with other peoples results when I read models on here on Ask Brooke. As an example here is a recent MODEL that I wasn’t sure was correct results line wise….
C-Request made on FB messenger by my virtual assistant
T-Oh no! I did something wrong
F-shame
A-obsessed over it/ruminate
R-? time wasted in the moment?

What can I ask to better get the result to prove the thought true…..Thank you 🙂
