I’m a week in to the stop overdrinking course and I’m using it to quit smoking pot. I scheduled a smoke break (1 bowl) after 7pm tonight, but I got incredibly agitated and my desire for the bowl severely increased right around 6ish, and I ended up smoking before my scheduled 7pm break.
Is there a problem with scheduling my break at a specific time or can I leave it as 1 bowl a night? I feel like I’m going backwards if I’m increasing my desire as opposed to minimizing it. My goal is to quit smoking except for on special occasions and parties socially. I want to keep smoking in my life because it helps me relax and sleep better. Thoughts?
