I have been in Self Coaching Scholar for two months now. I was trying to focus on career direction and live my purpose and think I have made some progress, however lately I have been feeling more and more stressed that maybe in fact I haven’t progressed much in the past two months. I know it’s hard to evaluation how much I have grown since joining SCS, but I do feel so many issues remain and feel stressed and overwhelmed for the next steps.
Related to this, I am forgetful with goals and unable to be consistent with daily routine of TDL/Model exercise. Then, when I reviewed all the issues I was hoping to get coached on and all the different course materials related to these issues, I feel overwhelmed.
I am still unable to implement MHO, which I thought can be helpful for consistency issue.
Do you have any advice on how to better progress in SCS?
