Setting goals


I feel all over the place. I’ve gotten a lot out of doing the daily model exercise and the thought work. My work is fine. I’m in good shape financially. I’m in a great relationship. I first thought I wanted balance and then I realized balance is how I think of things. I feel unfocused. Your students seem to each have a big goal. Do I go through every area of my life and consider small changes? I’d like to declutter. I’d like to exercise more consistently. I’d like to improve my family relationships. Maybe cut down on reading news app and Facebook. But no real problems. No serious goals. I know you say setting a big goal with a deadline is growth. I don’t feel I have that. Any advice?
