Brooke, I’ve been on the stop overdrinking plan for a week and am doing well on it (THANK YOU!). In the past, my husband has made frequent comments and is critical about my overdrinking. I haven’t told him about being on the SO plan because I feel like he’ll be critical and unsupportive of my planned drinking/protocol. What are your thoughts on sharing the plan with significant others and close friends/family? At what stage in the process do you suggest sharing?
