I have a career where I start work at 7 am. I have successfully committed to an exercise routine before work. I typically wake up around 4:30 am in order to exercise, shower, thought download, practice models, and get to work on time. I am very interested in incorporating the practices for Monday hour one, but would like to perform that hour on Sunday night. Would this time shift have a negative effect on the benefits of doing the program on Monday mornings instead?
