Sleeping issues

Hi coaches,
I suffer from insomnia and I need some help.

Here is my unintentional model:
C: I go to bed
T: I will be tired tomorrow if I don’t fall asleep now but I’m not tired at all
F: anxious
A: I ruminate, keep moving around in bed, do breathing exercises, listen to a meditation, ruminate again, turn the light on, read, watch something on the computer
R: I wake up tired

I tried many times to think: “it doesn’t matter if you don’t fall asleep. Being tired is not the end of the world”. But I still feel anxious…
Could you please help me find a new thought that would make me feel peaceful or relaxed?
