Specific Goal and Action Plan

My chosen specific goal is to lose 60 pounds. I’ve seen you say pick a specific goal and then not allow for procrastination. Schedule the actions to complete the goal on your calendar and then require yourself to do them.

What would that look like for someone trying to lose weight? Do I brainstorm on what I need to do to lose weight and list those as action steps?

For instance:
Drink x amount of water daily
Exercise x amount of time
Follow eating protocol
No sugar, etc
