Hi,
I’ve been writing the story of my life and I’m noticing how uncomfortable I am as well as leaving out a lot of details. Sometimes I wish I could make most of my thoughts about my life go away because they are so unpleasant and then I have icky feelings. Is it ok to put it down for a day or two? I know they are just thoughts but I’m struggling because I’ve experienced so many things in my life that I don’t want to think about anymore.
