Thank you for writing the Stop Overdrinking Book. I know we have access to the SO course here in Scholars, but something about that layout has been overwhelming for me. I have started watching the videos, but haven’t been able to get through it like I did the overeating course. The book is streamlined and easier for me to digest since I printed a copy to highlight and write in. I was able to lose my desire for alcohol at the beginning of my membership, but am working on my desire for bread and cookies. This has been tougher for me than the rest, so I’m going to use the overdrinking course to work on it.
