Hi Brooke, I struggle with boredom frequently leading to buffering and overeating. I can get to the point where I realize that my desire for food comes from a desire for entertainment which comes from boredom, but I’m not sure what to do from there. Right now I’ve been trying to really feel the boredom, but do you have a thought that would be more beneficial for me than “I’m bored and eating is entertaining”?
