I’m not sure I’m going about doing a daily thought download and creating a model correctly.
This is one of my thoughts about not losing weight:
C – Not losing weight
T – Why can’t I do it this time?
F – Depressed
A – eat off plan/ overeat,
R – Gain weight, not in good mood
Now am I supposed to create an intentional model with the result I want, of losing weight? I’m not sure how to go about helping myself create the result I want.
