Thought model – Hate My Body

I am trying to work through the thought model with the thought of I hate my body. Want to see if I am on the right track.
C: I weigh 200lbs
T: I hate my body.
F: Disgust
A: I don’t look at myself in the mirror, restrict food, then binge.
R: I gain weight

For the thought, would I want to turn this around to I love my body? But what if I don’t believe that?  I am loving the model and want to make sure I am doing this right. Thank you!
