I accidentally posted before I finished. I feel a bit discouraged because 1) I recognize I am the problem 2) it may take forever to make progress and 3) switching out the people involved (i.e., husband) won’t solve the challenge. I know these are thoughts I’m choosing, but damn, this work is challenging!
