Trust your gut?


On last night’s live coaching call, you touched on the concept of trusting your gut. How do you know when your gut/intuition is on track or when it’s not (due to negative thoughts, thought loops, etc.). I find this is something I waffle on… I think my gut is telling me something profound/important, but I can see clearly in hindsight that perhaps my gut is just my thoughts (and many times negative ones)!

Is there a tactic for finding clarity here? Is there a time to really ‘trust your gut’ or listen to your inner intuition? Thank you!!
