Here is the paragraph in question:

Emotions are the worst thing that can happen to a human being, and there isn’t an emotion that you don’t have the ability to feel. The deeper your capacity for pain, the deeper your capacity for joy will be. When you resist emotion, you block forward momentum and progress.

It should say emotions aren’t the worst thing…right? If not, then I really don’t understand this sentence!
