I will be going on a trip mid-May, and enjoying the local cuisine has always been a big part of traveling that I look forward to. How do I do step 1 (write what I will eat 24 hrs in advance) when I don’t know what restaurants we will be going to and I want to keep my options open? At the same time, I don’t want to take a break from the Urge Jar (or protocol) and I also don’t want to be restricted. Aaargh! Can’t I have my cake and eat it, too? Of course, the results will be I won’t lose weight and may even gain. I’m tempted to start…after the trip!
