Hello!
So lately, I am having some difficulty distinguishing an urge from an emotion. I made a phone call to my Dad for Fathers Day & felt sad, & tempted afterwards…. I knew giving into to drink would only make me feel more sad. I did take time to be the watcher & ask myself, what is bringing up this sadness….
