Urge to change


I have realized recently that I often think I should be different, lose weight back and be more toned.

I want to think that I can use me gaining back some weight as a way to gain muscle and volume, but I still have restriction thoughts coming up and an urge to change.

Should I choose a plan and date to decide when I will go into weight loss again, or just stay with my discomfort of having a bit of fat on my belly?
