Using the model on “I am alone”


I’m new here and I tried the model on feeling discouraged about my love life:

C: I am alone

T: I tried really hard to meet my soulmate and I failed. I never got past the 4th date with a guy. I really thought inner work was the missing piece for me and I would meet my husband. Maybe love isn’t meant for me.

F: sad, discouraged, disappointed, hopeless

A: what’s the point? Give up on online dating, speed dating, matchmaking, private coaching, etc.

R: Although I’ve grown emotionally, I’m in the same place I started in terms of meeting someone.
