Is it ok to want to weigh 130 just because I want to? (currently weigh 140) I want to prove to myself i can do this – I’ve started my protocol and writing down the day before what I will eat the next day…I keep reminding myself I need to walk through the “river of misery” to get where I want to be…But I still hear negative thoughts like “your too big” “you won’t be able to do this”
