Weight Belief

C – 152 lbs – # decreased from last weigh-in
T – I can’t keep this weight loss up
F – defeated
A – overeat, eat off-plan
R – gain weight

I’ve noticed that this “I can’t maintain…” type of belief shows up in different areas of my life. It’s definitely a self-sabotaging thought.
