I have a goal of weighing 152 by the end of this month. The scale is fluctuating between 154 and 157.
This morning I woke up and the scale read 157.4 so this is my model for this:
C – scale reads 157.4
T – I should be more strict with my food
F – angry
A – create a food protocol that I don’t look forward to, think about how deprived I feel
R – go off protocol
Can you please help me with this model?
