I am 5lbs away from my original goal weight, but I know I am wanting to lose more. My goal weight from the year prior was 165, I’m currently at 170. I know I can go smaller, and I want to. I am considering a new weight loss goal of 135 but being 5’9″ and a medium build I want your blessing. I haven’t been that small since high school and it would be AMAZING to be that healthy again.
