Weight loss and compelling reasons

I read your advice to another scholar regarding anxiety, dread, and massive action. I’m trying to apply your advice to weight loss.

Desired Result: 140lbs by June 2017 (68lbs to go)
Compelling reasons: to feel beautiful, confident, fabulous, and elegant. To show others it’s possible and how.

Here’s the thoughts that come up: 1. You can feel that way now without losing anymore weight. (50lbs down)
2. Those aren’t that compelling, they’re actually just vain.

Feelings: shame, embarassment, defeated

Action: lose weight, grab ass, lose weight…cycle repeats…

I can see now why I’m stuck
Do I need new compelling reasons or new thoughts?
