I’m new to Scholars and am focusing on weight loss. I read that it is recommended to focus on one thing at a time- does this include leaving the monthly topic work until I am finished with my weight loss goals? Also I am planning on using an intermediate workout program I signed up for which includes weights and tabata 30 minutes/day, 5 days/week. Is this counterproductive as it is more intense than just walking/yoga recommended during weight loss, however it isn’t super high intensity or really long so I’m just curious what to plan for.
