I remember Brooke teaching about how it’s possible and necessary to believe two beliefs at once. She explains it as if you are pressing two belief buttons at the same time.
I would like to review this teaching because I’m practicing it right now, to believe the idea that I am helpful, instead of that people will judge me. I’m right in the middle of the river right now. Do we just need to keep passing through (and practicing the belief) until we get to the other side of the river?
