Where to start?


I am on my first month as a Diamond.

More or less I have been a consumer of information. I am signed up for April certification. I want to dig deeper into the work.

I have decided on weight loss as my primary goal.

I am also working on Monday Hour One to help me get focused with my brain and use of time. My toddler brain has been running the show far too long.

I believe these two would work well together.

Next, which weight loss program should I start with first? The basic one or skip on to the Master Class one.
