I think I realize that I’m a bit bored right now and hence the reason why I’ve gained about 5 lbs in the last month.
I also think I’m a stress eater if there is such a term? I’d like some tools that I can put in my toolbelt about how to STOP snacking throughout the day and into the evening. I work out three times a week with a coach, I take vitamins, drink plenty of water, and have always been healthy – this I know….but I’m curious about the “why” I’m using to fill up on the snacks.
