Wine and the drink plan


I have been wanting to stop drinking wine or make it irrelevant. My problem is when I think about the drink plan I don’t know what to put on it. I can drink up to 1 bottle a night. I know I want to cut back and even quit but am having a hard time. As far as the plan goes, do we start with what we usually do or should I start at 2 glasses, etc? I know it’s mostly my thoughts around it but it’s feels if I plan on drinking every night with plan I still feel I am not fixing anything. Any thoughts or tips? Thanks!!
