Worry in the middle of the night

I always wake up in the night and need to go to the bathroom, thanks to the stacks of water I drink. However in the last 6 months I’ve found it very hard to get back to sleep – I’m usually awake for 1-2 hours after waking.
I have a couple of strategies for relaxing but more commonly I start to worry about work or my relationship. I know you said you gave up worry and I try to say to myself ‘I don’t do this anymore’ but night after night I end up doing it. I also find my mind a bit harder to manage in the middle of the night. Any tips?
