worthy fails


Hi, I know there have been a few questions around this, but am still not quite sure about weight loss as the impossible goal and how that fits in with 25 worthy fails a quarter. So, if I list things like stick to my protocol 100%, it is almost certain I will fail on that at some point – aren’t these escape fails? What’s the difference? What is a worthy fail for weight loss? Also most of these 25 are habit goals I need to achieve my impossible goal – exercise minimum baseline, plan food and alcohol ahead of time, allow urges 100 times etc. To have 25 of these in the quater is an awful lot as they are things to do every day (for most of them), would it be better to try to establish a few habit goals a quarter? Any help appreciated!
